1. أفوِّض مؤسسة أفيمكس في نقل وشحن البضائع/ الطرود /
السيارات المذكورة أعلاه من الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية
إلى موريتانيا.

2 .أشهد ان البضائع/ الطرود / السيارات المنقولة خالية من
أي مواد محرمة شرعاً أو محظورة قانونا و أتحمل كل
المسؤولية أمام السلطات الأمريكية والموريتانية دون أدنى
مسؤولية على مؤسسة افيمكس.

3 .أسمح لمؤسسة أفيمكس بالقيام بتفتيش البضائع/ الطرود /
السيارات عند الحاجة.

4. لا أحمِّل أفيمكس أي مسؤولية في أية بضائع/ طرود /
سيارات تتم مصادرتها من قبل أي سلطة رقابية.

5. تمنح أفيمكس 15 يوما كمدة قصوى لحفظ جميع البضائع/
الطرود إبتداءا من تاريخ وصولها إلى موريتانيا ، ومن ثم
يتم اعتبارها مهملة.

6. أفيمكس غير مسؤولة عن سوء تغليف البضاعة والذي قد
يتسبب في تلف محتويات الطرد.

7. يجب على مستلم البضائع/ الطرود / السيارات التحقق من
سلامتها عند استلامها في موريتانيا.

8. الشحنات غير خاضعة للتأمين فإذا تعرضت الى الفقد او
التلف في احدى مراحل عمل افيمكس فانه يتم تعويض الزبون
بحسب الخدمة كالتالي:

– كيس صغير: 40 دولارا

– كيس متوسط: 60 دولارا

– كيس كبير: 100 دولار

– كيس كبير أكسترا: 160 دولارا

– برميل: 260 دولارا

– تلفاز: 160 دولارا

– أغراض أخرى: ضعف تكاليف الشحن.

9. يحظر ارسال الأوراق النقدية او المجوهرات او أي حاجيات
ثمينة.

10. مواد محظورة أخرى:

– الأسلحة النارية (جميع انواع الاسلحة والمتفجرات).

– المشروبات الكحولية.

– المخدرات وغيرها من المواد الخاضعة للمراقبة.

– المواد الطبية / البيولوجية يجب ألا تكون المواد معدية
أو سامة أو محظورة أو مواد كيميائية مشعة بموجب قانون نقل
البضائع الخطرة وقانون الغذاء والدواء أو أي قانون آخر
معمول به إذا كان مسموحا للشحن.

– العناصر القابلة للتلف

– يجب إعداد السوائل والمواد القابلة للتسييل والمواد
الدهنية والمسحوق بشكل صحيح وتلبية المتطلبات المعمول بها
للشحن.

– لا يمكن إرسال الحيوانات الحية عبر افيمكس.

– لا يجوز ارسال الحيوانات الميتة أو أجزائها

– يحظر شحن كافة الغازات المضغوطة السامة مثل الكلور
والفلور.

– كافة الغازات المضغوطة غير قابلة للاشتعال مثل ثاني
أكسيد الكربون والنيون و الهيليوم و النيتروجين و طفايات
الحرائق.

– ألعاب الأسلحة، السيوف، السكاكين، القنابل غير
الحقيقية، وغيرها من الأشياء التي يمكن استخدامها كأسلحة.

– السوائل القابلة للاشتعال الكحول، العطور، الاسيتون،
البنزين، الكيروسين، وقود السيارات، سوائل البطاريات،
البنزين،وقود الولاعات، مركبات التنظيف المبيضات
والمطهرات.

– الغازات المضغوطة، المسالة أو تحت ضغط يحظر شحن كافة
الغازات المضغوطة القابلة للاشتعال مثل البيوتان
وإلايثان( اسطوانات الغاز )اسطوانات الغاز الممتلئة أو
الفارغة و منتجات الامونيا، والهيدروجين والميثان،
البروبان وغيرها.

1. I entrust AFIMEX to transport and ship my goods/
packages/ vehicles, listed above, from the USA to
Mauritania.

2. I certify the goods/ packages/ vehicles transported
are free of any objects prohibited in Islamic law
and/or legally prohibited, and I bear all
responsibility before the US and Mauritanian
authorities without any liability on AFIMEX.

3. I authorize AFIMEX to carry out inspection of goods/
packages/ vehicles tasks if necessary.

4. AFIMEX, under any circumstances, is not responsible
for any goods/ packages/ vehicles seized by any
regulatory authority.

5. AFIMEX will maintain storage for all goods/ packages
for a maximum of 15 calendar days from the date of
arrival in Mauritania. Any goods/ packages that
customers have not picked up within the 15 days will be
considered abandoned.

6. AFIMEX is not responsible for improper packaging of
goods that may damage the contents of the package.

7. The recipient must check the integrity of the goods/
packages/ vehicles upon receipt in Mauritania.

8. Shipments are not covered by any insurance. If they
incur any damages or lost while in transit with AFIMEX
, the customer will be compensated according to the
service as follows:

– Small box: $ 40

– Medium Box: $ 60

– Large box: $ 100

– Extra large box: $ 160

– Barrel: $ 260

– TV: $ 160

– Other packages: double the freight costs.

9. It is prohibited to ship banknotes, jewelry, or any
other valuable items.

10. other prohibited items:

-Weapons or Firearms (including imitation and replica
firearms).

-(Alcoholic drinks).

-Drugs and other controlled substances.

-Medical/Biological materials The material must not be
infectious, poisonous, or otherwise prohibited under
the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Act, Food and
Drugs Act or any other applicable law. If permitted for
mailing,

-Perishable items.

-Liquids, liquefiable substances, fatty substances and
powder, must be properly prepared and meet applicable
requirements for shipping.

-Unavailable to send Live animals via Afimex.

-Unavailable to send Dead animals or their parts.

-It is prohibited to shipping all toxic compressed
gases such as chlorine and fluorine.

-All non-flammable compressed gases such as carbon
dioxide, nitrogen, helium, nitrogen and fire
extinguishers.

-Weapons games, swords, knives, unreal bombs, and other
objects that can be used as weapons.

-Flammable liquids Alcohol, perfumes, acetone, benzene,
kerosene, car fuel, battery fluids, gasoline, fuel
lighters, cleaning compounds Candida and disinfectants.

-Compressed or liquid gases or under pressure Do not
ship at all flammable, combustible gases butane, gas
cylinders filled or empty products of ammonia,
hydrogen, methane, propane and others.
